LinguaABC is an AI-powered educational platform designed to help users learn English and prepare for exams such as IELTS.

The platform may include educational content, personalized learning plans, progress tracking, AI-powered tools, podcasts, exercises, and other learning features.

Features may change as the platform develops.

You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining appropriate security over your account and devices.

You must not use another person's account without authorization.

Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for use of an online service, users must have the required consent.

LinguaABC may allow users to create or access accounts using Google authentication.

Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

LinguaABC does not receive your Google account password when you authenticate using Google OAuth.

LinguaABC is an educational tool.

We aim to provide useful and high-quality learning experiences, but we do not guarantee any specific educational outcome, examination score, IELTS band, admission result, certification, employment outcome, or other result.

Your results depend on many factors, including your own study, practice, circumstances, and third-party examination requirements.

Some LinguaABC features may use artificial intelligence.

AI-generated information can occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

Users should use reasonable judgment when relying on AI-generated explanations, recommendations, feedback, or educational material.

LinguaABC does not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate.

You agree not to:

• Use LinguaABC for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, or infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the platform
• Circumvent technical restrictions or security measures
• Introduce malware or malicious code
• Abuse automated systems or intentionally overload the service
• Scrape or systematically extract platform data without authorization
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the platform in a way that violates the rights of others

We may restrict or terminate access where necessary to protect users, LinguaABC, or third parties.

You retain ownership of content that you lawfully submit to LinguaABC.

You grant LinguaABC the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and otherwise use that content to operate and provide the features you request.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to content you submit.

LinguaABC and its associated software, interface, branding, designs, original educational materials, and other proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit proprietary LinguaABC materials or software without authorization.

Third-party content remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owners.

LinguaABC may integrate with or rely on third-party services.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and LinguaABC is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

The platform may also reference or provide access to educational content originating from third-party or public sources. Rights in that content remain with their respective owners where applicable.

We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features as LinguaABC evolves.

We aim to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, security events, or other circumstances may temporarily affect the service.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Security concerns
• Fraud or abuse
• Legal requirements
• Conduct that creates material risk to LinguaABC, users, or third parties

You may stop using the service at any time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LinguaABC is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not make guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific educational results, or the absolute accuracy of AI-generated or educational content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LinguaABC and those involved in providing the service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms as LinguaABC develops.

When material changes are made, we may update the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice where appropriate.

Continued use of LinguaABC after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

Your use of LinguaABC remains subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer or other statutory rights that apply to you.
